We hope you can join us virtually for the 15th Annual VECAN (Vermont Energy & Climate Action Network Conference)! This year’s conference is FREE and open to everyone, thanks to the support of our generous sponsors.
Kicking off on Saturday, December 10th from 9am-12:00pm, join us for a plenary session of the conference: Climate, Energy and Environmental Justice – An Opportunity to Build an Equitable Transition Together. We’ll be joined by a robust lineup of speakers who are experts and leaders in Vermont’s work to advance an equitable clean energy transition in the face of climate change. After each portion panel, there will be a facilitated Q&A to get your big questions answered and learn more about how your community can get involved.
Then, starting on Monday, December 12th through Friday, December 16th, we hope you can join us each day for a 12-1:30pm for a lunchtime, virtual workshop series covering a range of topics.
Each workshop will include a panel of experts and leaders in Vermont’s major emissions sectors, leading the charge to build an equitable clean energy transition. Workshops will also include a facilitated Q&A and opportunities to engage with other community energy leaders.
